Merquell Technologies Inc. ("Merquell", "we") is federally incorporated in Canada. This page explains what personal information we collect through merquell.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into our forms:
- Free assessment form: name, work email, company, role, organization type, the challenge that fits best, and an optional note.
- Design check report: name, work email, and the indication, phase and enrollment number you entered.
The design check itself runs in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us unless you request the full report.
Please do not enter confidential protocol text, patient data or health information into any form on this site.
How we use it
We use it to reply to your request, send the mutual NDA, schedule your assessment, and understand which questions visitors ask. We do not run a newsletter or an email sequence, and we do not sell personal information.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, an email form service, and logged in a Google Sheet that Merquell controls. These providers process the information on our behalf to deliver and store it. Their servers may be outside Canada.
Fonts and cookies
This site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when the page loads. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@merquell.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you have a concern we have not resolved.
Retention
We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and to follow up on the assessment you requested. We delete them on request.
Changes
If we change this page, we will update the effective date above.
